Hailing from Rochester, New York, Kathy has been living in the Sarasota area since 1998. Her interest in real estate began as an investor in the Sarasota area. Her personal success in this led her to obtain her Florida Real Estate license so she could help others acheive their real estate needs.  She has worked for Arvida Realty Services and Coldwell Banker where she was in the top 13% of all Coldwell agents worldwide.  She is currently a licensed professional at  Michael Saunders & Company - the undeniable independent market leader on Florida's Gulf Coast.

Kathy spent many years working in corporate America, where she enjoyed a great deal of success.  Her career began at  Xerox Corporation where she held several positions including classroom instructor, writer/developer of technical and customer documentation and training programs, as well as a developer of marketing materials that included promotional videos and printed materials.

After leaving Xerox Corporation, Kathy owned her own advertising agency and was President and Creative Director for eight years before following her husband Ken on a three year assignment in Tokyo, Japan where she taught English.

Kathy is an avid golfer, loves to read, cook, play bridge and enjoys decorating and home design.  She is an active member of Laurel Oak Country Club in Sarasota and has served on and chaired several committees.
